Now Hiring - Sales Assistant in Woodland Hills, CA

We are searching for a motivated Sales Assistant who can offer reliable support to Management and our Sales Department. This candidate must demonstrate strong verbal and written business communication skills and be highly detail oriented. In addition, we want someone with the desire to learn and the determination to grow. Responsibilities:

• Maintain regular contact with customers, and update contact info as needed.
• Assisting customers in placing orders
• Data Inputting
• Research
• Facilitate communications by drafting, composing, and distributing correspondence
• Arrange travel schedules and reservations for executive management as needed.
• Trade Shows- keep files of upcoming shows.
• Follow up on Travel arrangements, create handouts when needed, and occasionally travel to shows
• Take charge of special projects as assigned

Skill Requirements:

• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Demonstrate discretion, sensitivity, and excellent judgment regarding confidential information.
• Ability to follow set procedures correctly
• Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and multi-task without direct supervision
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Flexibility to perform different tasks

Preferred Skills but Not Required:

• Numismatic/Coin Knowledge (a plus but not required)
• Type 40+ wpm
• Sales: 3 years (Preferred)

• This is an in-office position. Therefore, we do not offer Remote Work.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
